Founder and senior consultant of ClarityNow Consulting, Michele Friesen holds a chartered professional in human resources designation (CPHR) with over 20 years experience working within a global organization (14K+ employees). Michele's key roles centered on service improvement, talent management, and employee and leadership development initiatives, with focused expertise in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of both regional and global programs.
Michele brings a unique passion for people, growth, and results to the core of ClarityNow. With the belief that building trusting relationships is key to successful outcomes, our boutique-style consulting firm has set out to serve... with integrity.
